This policy explains what information CTC Advisory Group LLC, trading as Sam the Ads Guy ("we", "us") collects through samtheadsguy.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us. When you submit an application, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business website, and your answers about your business — revenue range, advertising spend, margin, customer retention, how long you've been at your current revenue level, who currently runs your advertising, and your written answers about previous agencies and what you believe is limiting growth.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser type and version, device information, referring page, the pages you view, and how long you spend on them. If you arrive from an advertisement, we also record the click identifier that ad platform attached to your visit.
Information from advertising platforms. We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These record actions on our site — page views, scroll depth, form submissions — and send them to Meta, including a hashed version of your email address and phone number where you have provided them. Hashing means Meta receives an irreversible scrambled value rather than the address itself. Meta uses this to measure advertising performance and may match it to a Meta account. Meta's own handling of that data is governed by their privacy policy.
Information if you become a client. If you purchase a diagnostic or engage us for ongoing work, we receive read-only or managed access to your advertising accounts and revenue reporting. We treat that as your confidential business information.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects. A person reads every application.
If you check the box consenting to text messages, we will send you messages relating to scheduling and reminders for your call. Consent is not a condition of applying and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Applications we decline are retained for up to 24 months, because people we decline sometimes return with a different business or improved numbers. Client records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We honour these rights regardless of where you live.
You can opt out of Meta's advertising cookies through your Meta ad settings or your browser's cookie controls. Doing so will not affect your application.
We use reputable service providers, restrict access to your information to people who need it, and require confidentiality from anyone who handles it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CTC Advisory Group LLC is registered in the United States and our service providers are located in the United States. Our personnel work from Costa Rica and access information from there. If you are located elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone with an active engagement.
